I have been having trouble with constipation. I only shit about once every other day but my turds are very hard and clay-like and sometimes they just hurt too much to force out. So I end up holding back and have to suffer the pain of finally giving birth to a 5 lb clay hard grogan. My butt don't bleed but I can't sit down for a couple hours after I shit. I was wondering if I grease up my asshole with some Vaseline and since my shit is so hard would it be safe to stick a set of tongs up my ass, grab it with the tongs and yank these clay-like turds out of my ass? I just can't take the pain of grunting them out anymore.
