I got arrested twice this week (once for uttering GRAPHIC DEATH THREATS and once for ATTEMPTING SUICIDE).

To make matters worse,I am losing my girl by trying to control her and keep her from seeing others who pose a threat to me, which I now realize is WRONG AND I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN. I LOVE MARIA WITH ALL MY HEART AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO KEEP HER. I EVEN WROTE AN APOLOGY LETTER TO MARIA'S MOM AND ENTIRE FAMILY PROMISING TO CHANGE MY BEHAVIOR. HOW CAN I KEEP A GIRL WHO THINKS I AM SMOTHERING OR CONTROLLING HER? I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT HER, EVERY CUTE LITTLE QUIRK RIGHT DOWN TO THE WAY SHE CALLS ME 'LOVE' EVERY OTHER SENTENCE.

WITH THIS GOING ON, I AM STARTING TO FEEL THE MENTAL EFFECTS OF DECADES OF DRUG USE. I have SWORN OFF EVERY DRUG BESIDES WEED NOW, but I feel constant emotional pain and distress, and I can't sleep properly or enjoy a single moment of the day because I catastrophize too mucha nd worry about losing everything. I have everything I have ever wanted, but I know it is going to hurt like a bitch and drive me to a successful suicide attempt when it all gets ripped away from me.

TODAY I WANTED TO STAB MYSELF IN THE HEART AND ALL I KEEP PICTURING IS MY OWN DEATH AND DEMISE. I KNOW I AM A BAD PERSON, BUT AT THE SAME TIME I WANT TO CHANGE AND I KNOW THERE IS A LOT OF GOOD IN ME THAT PEOPLE OVERLOOK. EITHER WAY, I JUST NEEDED SOMEWHERE TO VENT.
