Ya all ain't so bright - If you mean the listed Condo in Carlsbad which has been in phone book online as well as in hard cover for over two decades. Someone else owns the place and I carry the 1st as well as a recent 2nd mortgage. And still do have a weee bit of equipment in the building and it is a very nice and worth at least .5 Million but have not looked in a couple3 years. Any fool that calls the listed number gets NOWHERE unless they use the necessary Tone Code Sequence - There has not been a phone on that line in like 15 years. The system even pretends to take messages LoL - Phone company has no clue what is connected to that line. It used to be a LOT More - Then Qualcomm removed the two Satellite Command and Control Antennas so they could add on more Buildings.
If one were to look at where MCI now turned over to Verizon Fiber trunks along the rail tracks and line of sight super close by to Unit G - No way to connect what needs to be connected here in Cardiff by the Sea so the access from the Unit in Carlsbad to Verizon is IDEAL - In theory not legal but in practice no one gives a flying fuck nor can anyone even trace the connection.
So I ain't about to ever let go of access to what I cannot access any other way. There is one way around all that but it wood cost me about $1700 year to do what a single phone line does for less than $25/month
I may buy it back again as owner and friend tells me he may want out for cash. Look at the map or Satellite View - Gated community and Unit G has I think 1800 Sq Feet overlooking the Lagoon which is right at the Ocean a Blue
Not as large and classy as Cardiff by the Sea but still Not one of you has anything close to that Condo. Every Condo and House I own are LARGER - Only Three have real Ocean a Blue Views. NOTHING Beats Cardiff by the Sea and MY Beach is TOTALLY OPEN
Notice I have few minutes to spend online for play - Work and Fun and ExGF are so worth spending more tyme
