If one were to look at the beaches I Surf my Ocean a Blue at - Often more of US then of the Yung ones.
Of course with school out there will be FAR More OF THEM out soon - Rain again on way and Surf conditions often made somewhat better when such happens DID NOT NOT happen 2Day - Surf was shall we say ANYTHING but a challenge
That said a poor Surf day is still ONE Hell of a more better way to spend a morning than the alternatives
Of say the 8 24 Hour fitness places I have used - A Good mix of young middle n Old - and it does come down to NOT How long one can live - How Healthy the body is at any age. VERY Few Land Whales at the Gym - now and then a few of course cause their Doc said HEY U have adult Diabeetus or your Heart is about to crash on you OR Your bones are brittle and you need weight bearing Exercise or expect to be a patient of Kook and end up alive but Bedridden
