Simple cause in the past he has run several such campaigns and actually got enough money to fund projects that of course never occurred - Except for the Ghost hunter thing but I think he mostly borrowed money from very young teens and bought lots of equipment and then quickly SOLD it for Cash.
Just like his Convicted Felon Dad Marsden Miller - Cheating people runs in his family - Also his step mom of course was fired from a Bank after getting busted. Sources also say his Granny Iris Miller ran a house of ill repute.
