I had no clue Passover started 2Nite BUT BUT I am taking over the entire fixings for Street Style Tacos and have been Marinating Pork lots of Pork all day long.
Shredded Pork Tacos, My Upscale version of Carnitas - with some herb, that I have never tried but finally found someone in the Latino Market who could speak English and told me what its for and how to use it - Still have no clue what it is called but will look up later to find out
White corn on the Cob and Grilled Mexican Green Onions - Homemade Guacamole and some Chips fried in LARD Real Lard -
Dessert is a Mocha Cake bought from a local French Bakery with Coffee Ice Cream from Trader Joes -
Marinated Radishes and Carrots and pickled Red Onion strips -
Homemade Salsa which there are 10,000 versions of what is called Salsa in Mexico - This one is Roasted dried tiny Chilies with Roasted Tomatoes and then boiled down and then ground to a Pulp - Fire Red Hot and some prior homemade Habanero Chile Sauce and of course all the Cilantro and diced onions and and The Damn Best Tortillas on this side of our Galazy - Made with the very best of Sweet Yellow NOT White Corn
