So I have a deal for anyone that fails to believe I do what I say I do - I set up a matching fund with Money in Minichan's bank and it's been sitting there growing Fungus Among US

Going on almost any day 39 Months at the 24 hour fitness I go2 - Gym itself has LOTS OF Big Screen TV's and an even number of CNN and FOX thru out the Gym and of course a little bit of MSNBC and the Sports channels - One can on any Contraption Plug in or get direct WiFi to ear buds or ear phones and listen in2 any TV and jump back and forth and I sure do but mostly my SanDisk MP4 player

24 HOUR Fitness uses Direct TV because they provide a free channel for Fitness to use with of course screens in the mix - I once had a very special relationship with Direct TV but now not so much since they have been upgrading to HDTV channels and the Birds are so much more reliable besides the prior designs - I have NOT fixed or been asked to work on the new Birds for them - Same exact Bird however over Eu I have - So I am ready when they want me2

Buttttt as reliable as the Birds are - The Reception often is NOT - Probably old small Satellite dish antennas that need upgrade - Sports channels most often go kaboooee

As to 24 hour fitness YES They are all closed as all fuck - The only reason I joined them in first place was because Qualcomm has a huge number of Gyms spread out over a few miles radius - With 39 separate buildings that comprise Quacomm San Diego campus, ever few buildings has a GYM - In the past when I used them I wood get people interrupting me all the time and you damn well understand that may be ok with working out on weights or in the steam rooms poll but when doing an Aerobic workout any interrupting totally wastes the Aerobic scientific nature making any time spent WORTHLESS -

Fortunately currently with the lock down most people at Qualcomm and there still are many working on site - Almost none trust use of the gym so most of them are empty nor wood anyone violate the 6 feet of space - PLUS I get to bring in a few friends to join me but it's not like I do that everyday - Nor do I use their Gyms everyday - In place of I do a stair Step routine of 45 minutes so I get my 23 mandatory minutes for Aerobics and then the added time gives me the HUGE GIANT Endorphin Rush that lasts for a few hours

Truth is I am addicted to the Endorphins in the same way a drunk or drug addict is addicted - I just can't stop my need for Endorphins and Adrenalin ends up in the Blood soup mix as well.
