Are you embarrassed that everyone is laughing at you?

I think Matt is the only one who even remotely gives a shit about any of that.

You can skip to Paragraph 2 for the "Lesser Of"
Planned a week ago, when desert temperatures were mild. Day in advance news said 98 degrees F = 37C.
5 Girls age range 19 to 40's and 4 guys. All with some Rock Climbing experience. None used to extreme heat except me & I do not like hiking or climbing in the heat. I chose the most popular canyon because of access to start out early, as well as waterfalls at the end to chill off. Palm Canyon in Anza Borrego, and Indianhead peak just under 4000 feet. Route chosen was mostly boulder hopping and 90% class 3 to 4 which is just a bit more then regular hiking, with lots of hand holds. Some class 5.1 - 5.3 & at the end really easy just a walk up to top. Ropes and hardware for serious penalty for failure,so I put two of the girls on belay for the most exposed portion and only had to use a minimum of carabiners and runners for about 45 mins of the climb. About 3600 feet up and then the same back. One gallon of water was consumed by each with little in reserve. All had a great time UNTIL.
So at the very end in what is now a somewhat crowed trail I took our group off to a hidden water fall for skinny dipping. I went in first directly under the water fall. Melting Ice from the top, made it ICE COLD!!!! Jammed up against the rocks of the water fall
.............facing directly out to the group................
The girls followed me into a deep hole and let out with a horrid scream re COLD. That scream resulted in a lot of people running to help, because they thought we were hurt. Normally I would never be embarrassed about being seen nakkid by strangers. Often do nude beaches. Yet that Ice Cold Water Fall, produced that Shrinkage Factor on Thee. Major as it tried to hide like the head of a turtle. Normally I am most proud of what I have, but NOT that moment!!!! Hopefully this being buried far down in text will be read by few as tl,tr or 2difficult2decode. It should also answer a question Sim asked me today "elsewhere"
Final note: It was truly a wonderful day of Rock Climbing and being with friends heat or not. Dry heat felt more like high 80's. However at the very end getting into cars, it was just HORRIBLE. I bet it reached 145 inside. Had to use paper and towels to touch the steering wheel. Impossible to put on seat belts. 5 minutes of torture inside cars turned in2 Ovens.

@previous (G)
You wish
Also if you were to cum my way and look U wood C a huge just huge number of Surfers my age - Maybe different in other locations because cost of living here means the young are either sons n daughters of parents who have great paying jobs OR students from UCSD just South of Me
So the mix of Older is much higher HERE - Same for North of me in Carlsbad - Further North Oceanside its more Marines of middle aged mixed with Very Young and Very Old - Never have figured out why the Marines from Old Tom Cat base, tend not to Surf here but go to LaJolla instead where the traffic Logistics Suck
And just like Skateboarding Surfing is a very VERY very low cost sport - One needs the Wet Suit and Surfboard and some Wax - Minor accessories make for a sport anyone can afford and learning how2 is much more easy than Downhill Skiing - Except Cost to learn in Downhill Skiing is EXPENSIVE as is the cost of the Equipment and lift tickets Damn super expensive NOW - Even the Parking here is FREEEEE and its damn good parking
