Last nite I needed some Vit D as was running out and just three packages of bow tie pasta cause of that shape I was running out of
Hit Trader Joes after the Gym and NO Pasta NO Vitamins NO Pasta sauce on shelves the place was loaded with PANIC Buyers buying the store OUT - Lots of Wine left NO Eggs - Eggs it turns out they now sell cage free and those eggs and others are being rounded up in try for people at home to make their own virus/vaccine/ or huevos Rancheros.
NO Free Coffee or Food Samples and that is now Forbotten by Corporate
So now cause cannot Surf my Ocean a Blue re rain drops lots of rain drops - Off to be a Cow and B part of the Heard as I start my SMARTER Panic Buying
Smarter cause I No where to go and get a Months amount of Provisions for Survival ONLY - Month should do it while they figure out how to make test kits and figure out the missing egg issue cause a virus avaiable about two years from now for this current virus need Zillions of Fresh New Laid Eggs.
Oh if Meta C's this? I said OK NO Pasta of any shape at Trader Joes so now I can break my Virgin Status and hit Walmart

Fuck panic buying, I live paycheck to paycheck and can't overstock the fridge as I have fucking roommates.
A better part of the month was spent on a goddamn air mattress while roommate has been making colloidal silver instead of finding us a mattress.

Beans and Rice - Both DRY and easy to buy and easy to store - Not so easy to find as it was last week BUT the Silos are Totally in overflow and it's just a matter of rail cars and trucks to get them to market so be sure to get what you can and try Mexican Markets where by now they have limits per day on what you can buy - But of course you can take out to car and return to another register etc etc or get friends to go with you.
Now PEOPLE Think Mexicans only eat pinto beans butttttt depends on area of Mexico and south of - Pinto's Black Beans and WHITE Beans which are also fav by French and most of Mediterranean.
So I have viewed people from some part of Mexico looking for Pintos and none in bin yet next too is bin full of Black Beans which are Fav by say those from Brazil
Of course some fool will say that sounds BORING - No doubt it could B - But Latino solved that by a simple addition of Chili Pods and the types of such range from Very Sweet Chilis with NO Heat at all - but LOTS OF Flavors and others of course R Hot and have flavors that can be wide ranging - I have Becum somewhat Expert on so ask for some examples - And adding Fresh Peppers for Texture and a different Flavor and some Not really Hot but just warm in head like Poblanos (Poblanos from New Mexico can be very hot)
Like Apricots? Habanero's smell like Apricots but one does have to use such very very carefully and in tiny amounts - Tons of Flavors cum with 100 Tons of Heat - So sure you may pay up to $6/lb but 1/2 Oz as in one pepper is cheep and one pepper can last 10 days as a tiny per day addition for FLAVOR and Aroma - Seeds are OK NO HEAT - ITS the stuff that connects the seeds to the inside of Pepper that has a MASSIVE Amount of heat - Wash off the seeds in soap and water and NO HEAT ZERO NADA Zilp
Me never a fan of Lentils yet in India and Muslim places Lentils end up as complement to rice - One needs ONE Must have a complement Amino Acid for the Proteins of Rice and Beans/Lentils - Wheat and Corn work as well but one needs to spend some web/book time on what makes a Complete Protean for US Humans.
A little meat added of course is NICE - But I make one hell of a Pot of Chili Colorado WORLD Class and by variations of what I add - Damn one could live off of that and Corn Tortillas for a very long time and keep it from Boring
So that is just ONE KEY FIRST STEP ON FOOD SURVIVAL
I solved the problem of TP for local Friends locally and in LA and in other places in USA - Bought a Pallet full and can buy more Pallets I think not sure but needed a truck to take the Pallet full n its now split up and distrubted nor did have to more than talk a Purchasing Agent who buys for a Company internal use for 39 mega story buildings locally and figure out how to tax me and sell it to me cause he never sells anything ONLY Buys - Now he and a she No how to do that.
I figure he and she will say Wait a minute Y not sell to Employees cause they need it - EXCEPT So many are Muslims and it is said they never use TP - Only left hand - Betting a few cause ALL WENT To Grad School in USA have discovered TP instead of left hand - but if they run out of TP they sure no as with Paul Jr and how he was brought up by family to use Corn Cobs

He had a Famous New York chef who I think is Italian but for sure an immigrant who's series of multiple restaurants is making food for the homeless and others who have no food and he made Fried Rice - But I wood never ever have considered using a can of Garbanzo beans as a key ingredient.
Makes it a complete protean and he did say an apology to Chinese for it not being pure Chinese - I LOVE Garbanzos and just wish I took the time to try them fresh cause they sell them Fresh during some season of year and one day I will look up how one prepares them and give em a try
Super popular in Arab lands I have lived in but they ALWAYS grind they UP and I do mean Grind them UP for Hummus
So with Rice except me thinks I wood add Turmeric for color and serve the Beans over white rice colored up or even go all the way and make both Curry style
