So I am in teaching mode now that I have enough Stuff for comfortable survival through August/Sept and by comfortable I mean COMFORTABLE - Frankly I learned so much living in Afghanistan and Iran
and other God forsaken places around this planet - Yet still the most memorable foods - Rice stews where people FIGHT for the bottom of the Pot which is more like a dessert than the dessert itself
For minimal meat dishes Arab Foods clearly the very very VERY very Best - Ultra Labor intensive - And given I grew up on Latino foods well with what I No about Chili pods and how to use and soups and how to make meals out of Soups with Pasta added and veggies and extend with with - Damn Survival can be an Adventure
I now have a team of 24 or so out shopping and many will be at places they wood never imagine going into - I am only 45 mins from a MAJOR Area that finds favor for 10,000's from Iraq and they have Markets that have no lines and some very good food that requires NO FREEZER or Frig and I now have a Huge 2nd Freezer totally stocked with Meat and a 2nd Frig as well as by 2Morrow afternoon the electrician will have fully installed a 2nd back up emergency generator cause what I have in place is to Spec for Bell standards for UNIX Based control systems but NOT designed to hold up the Jacuzzi pumps and motors and heater and the rest of the house including kitchen and now garage freezer and 2nd Fridg
Bell Standard is 100% of all AC power comes from Batteries 100% of time and charged constantly by Mains or if they fail then Emergency Generator, so at no time can any glitch end up on UNIX based systems - Asking for Batteries of such type means investing in new Lithium's and making Elan Musk aka Tesla batteries, more rich is not my idea of how to spend my $$
So IF my AC power fails then there will be a 1 minute 14 second delay before the house power comes fully back up - Generator runs on either Natural Gas or the new Diesel tanks installed which is limited to 8 day supply before 80% refill - Have to ask Coastal commission for tanks larger than but there is one loophole my Cousin the Attorney is looking at so I can avoid such a horrid process.
