I wouldn't be surprised if it was all a shtick, but some users (mentioned by Anon B) have definitely made it apparent that they are possibly pedophiles. In other words, since this is TC, it's more than likely a shtick and they're just trying to bother spectators. But if you find that it's still a safe bet to report them, go for it. A good 'ol FBI visit may teach them not to joke around with that shit.
