Topic: Who are the shitposters?

Whenever we are engaged in the ultimate sin of forumnal procreation (creating a new thread on TinyChan, that is), we are exposed to a somewhat amusing, but cryptic option: exclude shitposters from this thread.

My question is the next logical step. Who are these shitposters? Can we see the full list? And does this option really work?

I'm assuming that means spambots (ie the news bot that drops in every now and then).

Or they just never update the list so it amounts to nothing. Idk.
