Cut off the top leaves. There are many guides on Google if you search for "how to top a cannabis plant". Looks to me like the light was too far away which is why they're growing so tall and trying to reach it. You can increase the yield a lot by properly topping it as it grows, makes it bush out more and grow more buds.

a light isn't the sun, it's in a fixed place! the plant spends energy on growing tall instead of flowering or producing fruit which is why that can be undesirable!!
