I sometimes do 12-14 hour days out here, but the advantage I have, is I don't have my boss breathing down my neck. I pretty much do as I please, as long as I pick up trailer and have it delivered where it needs to be.

They nonchalantly mentioned that it was an eight hour shift...and said they 'worked over' over a bit until production was finished..

Btw...during the eight days between my first day and yesterday three people started and did not even make it to the lunch break before running away...those are just the ones I know about..

Sounded like an ok gig...mon thru friday... weekend off...then the fri I started...at about the tenth hour starts yelling that it looks like we might be working saturday...however we ended up finishing enough orders so we did not have to..

I learned that not only do they work about half their saturdays but also often are not advised if they will be or not until five or six on Friday if that will be the case..

I took it the next day after being contacted...I knew nothing about it.

I gave it six twelve to fourteen hour shifts and found that I was very dissatisfied with the combination of poor management...type of work and hours worked for the offered wage..

I found that I could not take care of the responsibilities I have with my household due to the fatigue of all the manual labor and average of 4-5 hours of sleep daily..
