Basically what you have here is a tiny coven of nonces who are desperate for a safe haven to write out their child sex fantasies. They lie in wait for someone to come along who will allow them to unleash all their pedo posts under the pretence of being "disgusted" by someone. Like so:

Sadly such a character comes along very rarely which is why there's usually a month of threads on the front page. Sometimes the pedos will manufacture some outrage when they can take it no more and the board will be flooded with cathartic nonce posting, until finally the admin steps in and asks the regulars to return to their basements before it turns into anontalk. This is truly the only forum on the internet where the moderators keep having to ask their users to rein in the pedo posting.
Sometimes I think it'd be funny to invent a character that provokes the nonces here into unloading all their pent-up pedo fantasies. Some stereotypical lightning rod that will automatically make the sad loners here think of kiddie sex. A rabbi perhaps, or an imam.
