The Doctor didn't have much of a voice at all. He stuck with the same go-to phrases that didn't really have anything unique about them. But the amount of rage the two of them caused, as well as their timing and roles on here, make me think they're the same person. TC has to have one rage-inducing troll at a time. When Doc dropped out with Frank-Era, Merrin conveniently took his place. That's a pretty sizely coincidence, don't you think?
