Topic: Minutes away from bert, a Man Dips his Testicles In Customer's Salsa - Attorneys say this may be OK

MARYVILLE, Tenn. (12 Minutes South of Knoxville Tenn) — A Tennessee man was jailed on felony charges after appearing to dip his testicles into a container of salsa that a Female customer had ordered online.

The delivery driver allegedly recorded it and posted a video online, saying

"This is what you get when you give an 89 cents tip for an almost 30-minute drive."

Howard Matthew Webb, 31, of Maryville, faces a felony charge after authorities say he placed his testicles in a salsa container that was then delivered to a woman who had ordered Mexican food through an online delivery service.

Police arrested Webb last week on a charge of "adulteration of food, liquids or pharmaceuticals," a Class C felony in this case, punishable by a sentence of three to six years for first-time offenders

News outlets report that the passenger, 31-year-old Howard Matthew Webb, was arrested last week and charged with adulteration of food.

Dinner Delivered said the food service has fired the driver and forwarded information about her to authorities as well.

Webb remains behind bars pending a March 12 hearing.

His arrest warrant says they picked up the food for delivery from a local Mexican restaurant.

Under the statute, which is rarely used in Tennessee, a jury would have to find Webb "adulterated" the salsa with his genitals, and that he did so with the intent to cause "bodily injury, serious bodily injury or death."

Three seasoned attorneys not connected to the case told the News Sentinel they believe that law doesn't apply here. It's possible, they said, that no existing law perfectly fits the strange salsa scenario.

"It’s doubtful under these facts, no matter how outrageous, that this criminal offense could be proven," said prominent Knoxville defense attorney Gregory P. Isaacs. "It appears salsa man may have committed an act for which the legislature has not yet contemplated the absurdity of."

OP Thank you for your topic - That said I think you can see that presentation as well as more research produces a more better final product
