Topic: How do you know that Satan is the answer?

Maybe you just have been following the wrong institutions that claim to have supported God when really they are out for themselves. e.g. The Catholic Church. I can see why Satan would seem appealing to most since he is the embodiment of freedom and critical thinking. But really, God loves all of his creations so why wouldn't he love critical thinkers who go out trying to understand how his wonderful creation functions? Such systems like Quantum Mechanics and Astronomy. Sometimes too much freedom is a bad thing or else you get individuals who abuse their freedom such as Bert, Eco, and Father Merrin. Satan isn't the answer.
