There is of course code in there like the Minnie bot that OP probably will not want to use. Besides it currently is not working as expected.
Bottom line the code that is there works. r04r still says it's loaded with legacy crud and someone should clean it up. She is no longer working on any updates and someone else has taken it over.

Minibbs is ancient & unsupported.

Both software can't be used w/ PHP7 anyway.

Oh yeah I meant MiniBBS. Ancient indeed, but I can't find any alternatives. So, considering the release date, is PHP 5.3 the best to use with it, or is there a more recent version you'd recommend?
