Two other things I enjoyed in this article: 1) how every 'priest' insisted on total anonymity. How convenient. And 2) how the thrust of the article is that being gay is somehow tied to child sexual abuse, despite (as it grudgingly admits at the end): "Studies repeatedly find there to be no connection between being gay and abusing children"

If you're actually interested (I know you're not but whatever), the book that article references (In The Closet of the Vatican by activist and conspiracy loon Frederic Martel) has been pretty much annihilated by all serious commentators. If you want to stick with the tabloids, then even the ultra-left CNN trashed it in their review:
