I told my Sponsor that I like to pick and choose elements of each Religion that resonate with me, rather than adopting any one Religion fully.
-I like how the Buddhists meditate, as it has Scientifically-proven Health Benefits...
-I like how the Hindus have a 'No-Harm Principle' that is compassionate towards animals
-I like how Christianity has a good set of Morals & Values and a strong sense of Community
...but I struggle to find appealing aspects of Islam...
