Generally speaking, one places 'bros before hoes'.
However...if you bump into a buddy downtown when he is with a female, do NOT approach him and ask if he has any dope! This constitutes a 'cock-block', as it is distracting and your buddy may not want his female accomplice knowing that he uses drugs.
It should go without saying, but I had a naïve friend cock-block me in this manner just the other day!
