Whenever Eco has a pack of smokes, I get swarmed on the corner by people wanting one...Yesterday I gave away a full deck in an hour!
Whenever I need a smoke, however, people are ALWAYS on their last one or tell me “the pack doesn’t come with extras” or some sarcastic bullshit...
Whatever happened to the concept of RECIPROCATION?!
From now on, I believe that ONE SMOKE, PER PERSON, PER WEEK is a fair amount to give out. I’m tired of scrounging for butts on the Sidewalk!
