I have found that the most liberating thing you can do is stop giving a shit what people think of you. Easy as that...
I used to chase friends, women, Facebook likes, YouTube views, social status, and engage in Petty Popularity Contests...I even did well in some of these Realms for awhile...
When I STOPPED giving a Fuck about people’s validation of me, I started to see and appreciate my own self-worth better, and started to feel happy regardless of what people thought of me.
