Basically. It was already fucked around with though, halfway locked, and I couldn't add anything to the SD card that came with it. And now I've learned a thing or two and won't proceed with homebrewing a Wii again till I'm using a laptop and not trying to finagle it by swapping an SD card back and forth from my phone to the console.
