yeah most people agree with you, but you're being dramatic. A law like this would be impossible to enforce. it was most likely implemented so when horrific crimes occur prosecutors can pile one more charge on the stack.

Americans want to think that they live in a peaceful, free country with a balanced budget, but that belief is not true.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.
You know that you live in a police state when everything is illegal and you have no rights.
