Wood do them no good to come here because just like San Francisco area there are no places to buy or even rent/lease in my hood. Even out towards the desert the real estate market is such that almost nothing available - Of course I have jacked up the places I lease out to MAX re what I can charge.

With one exception, the places I own are leased out to local corporations that use them to place executives they have recently hired until they can buy something they want. 6 to 8 months or so and then someone else moves in. That means new paint in most cases and other small fixes which are taken care of by the company itself including all maintenance and gardening. So in no way am I about to gouge the company. It's a great deal for me and a good deal for the company.

Three of the corporations that lease out my proprieties are Biotech's that are working on solving Cancer and such. All attached in some way to local University

Used to go to the annual Cajun festival that coincided with the New Orleans Jazz fest - However since that infamous Hurricane now not so much - Back then I wood take off just one day in New Orleans to go to Lafayette for that music and crawfish festival
