I've tried, though I wasn't very determined to make it work. The software relies on different IPs for unique ID, so it'll just think everyone is one user. This site is essentially one user samefagging anyway, soooo might as well try.

Hummmm
You can create multi ID with the same IP and it wood work fine. Yes U wont be able to ban by IP but UID wood work.
