But more to the point... How can a holiday like Father's Day be considered pagan? Wouldn't it have to be attached to a religion of some kind?

Well I tuned out when he started getting into the details. But from what I vaguely remember, he had an origin story involving another celebration it supposedly came from. But I still think our modern father's day has absolutely nothing to do with religion. I mean, it's appreciating a family member. How could that be tied to anything relevant?
