I can't say I'm a fan of such a crude image, I find the detail of the distended pink-then-brown anus especially distasteful and needlessly precise, but I do agree with the sentiment that Islam is an incoherent set of contradictory and easily falsifiable notions best left behind with the desert tribes of the 7th century.
