- Drive big cars with dark windows. radio antenna may or may not be present
- Carries one or more nice cell phones
- Always in good shape, usually look clean and kind of like squares
- Pays cash everywhere. Has lots of cash.
- Give off Mormon, youth pastor vibes, or just generally like cops
- Insists on meeting at a specific location at a specific time. Gets very grumpy if you want to shake things up
- Like to wear sunglasses. I thought this was a meme but no, they'll often wear sunglasses even in shit weather.
- 8 times out of 10 they have that psychopath look. Cold dead eyes no matter how animated their bedside manner.
- Nice shoes / nice watch, clean clothes, don't smoke

they are going to be driving a white windowless van around Dave's city as part of Operation Wonka. Between the schools, parks, and high density public housing units in the late afternoon. Did you see the flyers that the DOJ put up by the schools telling children they would get candy and toys if they talked to a nice lady inside of a white van after school?
