Please prohibit employers from conducting invasive 'Background Checks'. These procedures are akin to #cyber-stalking!

What I do my OWN computer is my business; what I do on COMPANY computers and company time is their business.

Please flex your political muscle and eliminate this Orwellian practice, as it is a serious barrier-to-employment.
