No it isn't. Go board a plane and announce "I have a bomb" even if you don't and see how well the Constitution 'protects' your right to "speak as I please". Try giving a speech on Times Square directly calling for the assassination of the president, it'll give you a crash course in how freedom of speech works. I could go on, but won't. People tell me to kill myself on an hourly basis. I don't get all butt-hurt and rat them out to the cops. I respect their right to free speech. Ppl say 'die faggot' or I'm gonna fucking kill you" to me all the time...it's only when they have clear intent to ACT upon said threats when someone should intervene, imho

Do you think it should be legal for someone to make constant rape theats against your mother even if they don't plan to do it? They only want to frighten and harrass her, they don't plan to rape her. You started this thread calling for blanket freedom of speech and you criticised all restrictions on it. But now you want to remove the sexual aggression part of protected speech?
