Why do gay, lez, and transgendered get preferential hiring and treatment?Never once have I seen a Hetero Pride Parade, a Straight-Positive Workplace, or policies that recognize that overt homosexual behavior makes some cis-gendered, straight people uncomfortable.
What does a 'safe space' even mean? That you can act flamboyantly gay and hit on your co-workers, making them uncomfortable?
What about studied that show higher rates of sexual violence, harassment, and deviance in the LGBQT population? Why give them free reign?
