Recently because of my need to hit the Gym (On the 23rd- 19 months of Gym) I cut my miles per day on the beach. However that first year later my weight dropped to the same as I was at age 18 and that was a loss of 20 pounds n mostly in my gut - I started to worry a bunch and added a lot of Virgin Olive Oil and more cheese to my diet.

My weight is now 3 pounds over my age 18 weight so no more worries - I had to cut back on my gym routine to bet a more better burn calorie balance.
