MC won't let me create a UID, even tho i am not using a proxy. Can somebody ask her, please, if;
1. There are any legal actions I may take, should my roommates withhold my mail.
2. Let her know I live in the state of Texas.

Not a lawyer, but if tampering with mail is illegal, then withholding seems like it ought to be as well.

Being unable to check the mail, bc they took the key, and my mail not being left in a place where i can get it. It probably hasn't been long enough to be considered "withholding", but I'm not waiting until it is to find out what I can do.
