Topic: What's 'Anonymous' Up To These Days?

+Eco8.5 years ago #49,659

1507512809074.jpgAfter founding a local Chapter, and raising awareness towards causes such as police brutality, environmental degradation, and Indigenous Rights, I had to resign from the Collective (if I ever was a part), due to health reasons and rampant hostility from other Anons.

I've noticed a lot of the Anon FB groups are being archived, and enthusiasm for the movement seems to have died down...I think it became kind of cliche in a way.

Anonymous still has enormous potential to affect change imo, and the core causes they represent are noble and closely-aligned with my values.

How can us technically-challenged folk help in 2018 to keep the movement relevant?

They pussied out when ISIS threatened to hunt them down for hacking their twatter accounts. I'd be doing everything I could to fuck with ISIS if I had those kind of skills.

There was also a couple of fags who spoke to the media claiming to be "leaders" of Anonymous which is a load of BS.
