Allow me to share a few brief experiences w/ black people & niggers, to clarify the difference between the species...2013- Nigger robs me at knife-point for a brand new Samsung Note
2014- Desperate for a cigarette, I pay $2 to a couple hoodlums on the street (blacker than the Ace of Spades...); they take my money, and give me no smokes
2017- 2 black coke dealers attempt to steal my girl, propositioning her with drugs
(All very 'niggerish' moves)
On the flipside, I lived next to a respectable black family for 3 years. The mother was a social worker, the father a mechanic, and they dressed and spoke proper. In comparison, my family were the 'niggers' on the block, as we smoked profuse amounts of weed and always had the cops at our door.
I also met a respectable Barbadian gentleman in the hospital, who carried himself well and played a mean guitar.
I don't think it is fair to paint all blacks with the same brush, but the 'nigger' appears to be a different breed altogether (i.e. degenerate).
Feel free to share your experiences and challenge my dichotomy.

The only non-nigger black public figure I know remains George Washington Carver, he didn't invent peanut butter but he successfully used his fame to promote it as a crop in the South at a time when it was needed to restore the soil.
