No, because a prophet is one who has a special dispensation and power to speak on behalf of God and to predict future events, such as Jesus, Muhammad, Jeremiah, etc. Someone who merely disseminates the word of the Lord (i.e the Bible) is not a prophet. If they were then every priest would be a prophet, you see?
