How do you know that gravity and magnetism aren't supernatural forces?

Natural vs more than natural. At what point does more than, become even more than and then supernatural.

We no huge amounts of stuff about Magnetism and very very little about gravity.

It wouldn't change anything if they were supernatural though. There could be some cosmic kink leech creating the effect of gravity through a perpetual unmentionable act and we'd still operate the same way.
