Do the CIA have ‘Mind Control’ capabilities? Sometimes it feels as if people are reading my thoughts and witnessing my dreams, through some strange mechanism. Creeps me the fuck out!I know some of our Internet activity and digital communications are probably being intercepted and analyzed by some intelligence agency.
Am I being paranoid, or is it theoretically-possible that a device has been implanted in my body?
