my last job before all my recent troubles involved repeatedly lifting 50 plus pounds above my head...and the job before that was shifting heavy shit around also..
yes I am 'bitching' now...cause I have spent several months eating poorly and not doing any labor more arduous than mowing...so I am weak and sore...and it will take awhile to rebound back into where I can work hard again..
but I am a big boy...and I'll make it just fine..

Was in my thirties...for about three years..
