Same place I've worked at for the last 26 years.

What difference does it make? I've been working non stop for 26 years. That's more than all of berts jobs combined.
Are you still working at your first job? Which is probably McDonald's....

Yeah, and in the same place apparently. Only unskilled dead end jobs are like that. Why has your life been in such a rut for 26 years, why haven't you progressed or moved on? Genuine question, I'm not trying to start shit with you.

My life hasn't been in a rut. I've had a decent life thus far. I may never become a millionaire, or make 6 digit salary, but I'm content where I'm at. House paid off, car paid off, owe nobody anything.
I've been at my same job, because I love my job. I've had chances to move up at my job, but I turned them down, because I don't want to be that guy stuck in a cubical 10 hours a day.

It makes a difference because you're obviously around 50 years old, you think it's laudable to work the same job for 26 years, and you're justifying your life on Tinychan. You're not exactly an example for bert to follow dude.

Anyone who isn't Matt is an example bert should follow tbh

Cathy wants to be man in a dress - stuck in a cubicle 10 hours a day.
That's all Cathy ever wanted.
