I think it is.
I've always wanted to try this gaem, but never had Power Pad. They had one at a local store, for 13 autism bucks less than price point. So, I traded some PS1 stuff I never use, and got the Power Pad.

dude i joke you not, afaik there was at least 3 DBZ plus 2 DB games on NES, but most are card based RPG that didnt got eng release
