Topic: Are Asian people racist toward black people?

Thinking about how 4chan word filters "fam" to "senpai" because they didn't want to associate with "niggerspeak" and knowing that 4chan is under the management of an adminstrator who is Japanese. It makes me wonder if the Japanese or the Chinese despise black people.

Not in the slightest! As a matter of fact, Japan has a long and storied history when it comes to openness towards and a willingness to embrace outsiders. Even their language contains hints at their traditional ethos regarding xenos. Since it is a tonal language, some of it is often lost on westerners, but if you pay attention you can easily pick up these threads and see for yourself.
"Gaijin" is a word you've probably encountered before, simply means "kind wanderer", they're seen as hugely beneficial to the economy and culture of Nippon. As a matter of fact, a gaijin like you could benefit from the conscious practice of "manko", a traditional and semi-secular Japanese meditative practice that allegedly opens up the root chakra and helps to edify values of universal brotherhood and good will towards all sentient life. Manko is practiced in conjunction with "kutabare." Kutabare is close to "namaste" on a superficial level, it's occasionally used as a greeting or parting. Instead of saluting someone's inner divinity as namaste does, kutabare simply means "onwards toward {Satori?} enlightenment." There's a ritual observed bi-annually by the same name which is a period of fasting for 3 days and nights to cleanse yourself of any outstanding negative karmic debt. It may sound peculiar, but karma is the currency of our actions and they take it quite seriously on a little island known to house Godzilla.
Hope this helped you to learn a little something about a foreign culture, anon.
