It's the same color (green) as the color of the forum's background, which makes it difficult to read. Perhaps change the quoted text color to white, blue, or even red?

God doesn't get involved in such trivial requests. His help and guidance is of a more spiritual nature. For practical matters such as changing the quoted text color, it is up to us to resolve the situation if we can. We are free moral agents, not slaves, and God is not some indulgent father granting every wish of his spoilt children.

What by the way is significant to your point about "children" with cancer? Why not adults with cancer? Or were you just trying to be emotive? Because if not, are you suggesting God should abolish the concept of death? Everyone who ever has an illness should be healed so that people just go on living on this planet forever?
The conclusion of things gives things their meaning. Death signifies the reason and value of life. It's through our suffering and our mortality that we come to know God.

Father, how could I better serve the Lord as a Christian woman. I hope I am on the right path even though many scriptures tell me no. I feel His presence and I know he is looking out for me trying to keep me from slipping into the Devil's den. How can I serve our Lord?
