@previous (A)I surf my Ocean a Blue almost every day and 50+ percent of the days I have Porpoise around me and often even wot I think is a laff. Some so close I keep hoping I will make contact BUT I have not once reached out in any attempt to make that happen. Clearly they are having much fun because often we can see fish all around and they are full and have no need to eat any more - Just frolicking

Just the plastic grocery bags. Most folks would use them trash bags anyways, so they served a dual purpose and weren't simply discarded on the streets. BTW grocery stores are still required to offer them, free of charge, to bums on welfare.
