I don't know but probably worse than that. I've pretty much let my health go to shit. It's funny, I know that I should get better at it, eat healthier and all that but at the same time I get this delicious feeling knowing that I'm destroying my body day by day. It's like a reverse shadenfruede.

My BP is usually within normal range. I just had a fat-ass blunt before I tested it last night. I know what you mean though. It's so delicious to slowly kill yourself.

And your resting HR is very high - Normally one does take the resting HR - Perhaps you took yours after running 10 miles
