Probably. While Catherine does impersonate the Doctor, that portrayal is pretty faithful to the original, albeit somewhat more predictable. This is just gradeschool-teir slander.

It really is a weak effort.
RC is at least sometimes more creative than "lul immafag lul", not that I would rule him out, but the doctor has incensed enough people that we'll probably never know for sure.
