I was under the impression NuEden was a utopia, in which TinyComrades will live out the rest of their days, until an unforeseen cataclysm wipes out all non-feline life on Earth.

I can't speculate as to the goals of this "NuEden" faction, but the goals of FEL are
1: The complete and absolute extinction of reptilians throughout the universe.
2: The elimination of the human plague from Earth.
Point #2 is somewhat vague as we have not formally considered the possibility of allowing humans to voluntarily leave Earth and relocate to some other planet which they can summarily nuke into oblivion without adverse repercussions to the other species which reside on Earth.
